Real Heroes Don't Wear Capes
The greatest heroes don’t wear capes, can’t fly and aren't from a distant planet. They are ordinary people doing extraordinary things every day. They lead, operate or volunteer at the many non-profit organizations (NPOs) in our community in an effort to make our world a better place. And like all heroes, when they are empowered, they become a force for good.
The team at Force 5 is committed to doing good work for people who do good works. So, we would like to help empower one NPO based in St. Joseph Country, IN, by offering them $5,000.00 in brand development and marketing communication services—enough to help them let the community know who they are, what they do and why their work matters. So, we've come up with a little contest called, A Force for Good.
2011 Winner
Congratulations to "St. Joseph County Bridges Out of Poverty" for becoming the first annual A Force for Good winner. The Team at Force 5 would like to say "Thank You" to the 4,712 individuals who voted 9,294 times for our 19 nominees. Hats off to our selection committee, it was a very difficult decision to pick just one.
Because of the overwhelming response to our first annual A Force for Good contest, the Team at Force 5 has decided to continue the awareness for all our nominees. As we work out the details, rest assured that force4good.org will remain live and morph into something larger. If you would like to give us your email, we will keep you posted. We promise not to spam you, we’ll bet our cape on it.
